RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Rosiefox.com will only give a full refund on items returned within the 7 days grace period with a valid proof of purchase receipt. The items must be in a resalable condition.
After the 7 day grace period has expired, then *credit will then be issued for an item(s) returned within 28 days of purchase. The returned items must be saleable. Once your return is processed, you will receive a *credit note via email.
Damaged items should be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Thereafter, you will only be eligible for exchange or *credit only, if damaged item is received within 28 days of purchase.
Returned gifts bought on rosiefox.com may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
We recommend that all returns to our warehouse are sent by recorded delivery as the item remains the responsibility of the purchaser until it reaches our warehouse.
